"CORE was very professional and the PA I saw, Kylie, was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend CORE. I wanted to follow up with more information for people. CORE does a 35% discount for prompt pay, which i did. Then a week later, they tried to bill me for the 35%. That did not make me happy. Also, they were supposed to order items for an upcoming appointment but forgot to order anything until i followed up. The initial appointment went great, but the billing and ordering information did not go well. After i followed up, CORE was great about getting things corrected but I should not have had to do anything."
