"What a treasure!! Dr Shea is amazing! She is smart, caring and really does a thorough job. She not only diagnosed my issue, but took the time to recommend treatment options. She paid attention to my goals for preventative care for future skin cancer issues and gave me products that I could begin to use at home. I admire her vast knowledge and personalized attention to my skin health. As an added bonus, Morgan, who did patient prep was understanding to my fear of in office procedures. "My wife is the patient, but has dementia so I speak for her. I was very disappointed with this visit. Basically, nothing was done. Apparently, there is no MD there that specializes in dermatology that could make a determination as to proper treatment. Our whole visit consisted of a NP trying to stop bleeding. They took a picture to show the dermatologist for him or her to determine further treatment? Is a picture sufficient? Frankly, I’m concerned and upset that the visit went this way. My question for you is when will you see her to remove this growth - which, incidentally, had doubled in size in the past 2 months?"
