From the front end being very helpful with info and scheduling to the back where they explain the procedure and answer questions you haven't even asked yet. I've also seen people come in with attitudes and don't even give them a chance to be pleasant. You get what you give most times ❣️"
"Appointment for 5:30pm for an MRI. Reminded 3 times to come 15 minutes ahead, which I did. Waited 1 hour & 20 minutes to be called back. I do not drive at night but, of course by the time I was finished, it was pitch black outside. Thank goodness I made it home safely. The office receptionist & MRI tech were great but the unacceptable wait was horrible."
"Horrible service. I came in on a Saturday for a mammogram and ultrasound follow up, I get back to only be told by the tech that she would only do the scan no ultrasound because my doctor sent the wrong order and then was questioning me why I didn’t come at 6 months. I could tell that she didn’t want to give me a scan. I felt like I was a nuisance. Very frustrating because no one told me that I had the wrong order. I ended up leaving without getting a scan. I usually get great service at this location. It was very disappointing on how I was treated."
"I like this Simon Med much better than the one in Surprise. There was no waiting at the front desk. The front desk at surprise is so understaffed that I've had to wait as long as 45 minutes to just check in! Even though the tech staff at Surprise is wonderful, I'll never go to that Simon Med ever again...not when the one in SCW has equally wonderful techs and infinitely shorter front desk lines."
"I had a great experience at Simon Med recently. I completed all my paperwork online before my appointment which streamlined checking in. My two appointments were back to back and I hardly had to wait at all so I was out of there in 35 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and very efficient. Thanks."
