"The visit at the office was good. Dr was in room for about 15 minutes went straight to the point and had an MA take all his notes. Which works great I do not mind at all. But after the visit the business billing office has not been great at returning my call. I have left three messages and no call back as of today I believe close to three weeks of leaving messages should be plenty of time. The service to a patient does not end at time of check out. Which is why I unfortunately give a three at this time."

When I arrived at the offices I was greeted in a friendly manner. The office is clean and comfortable. I was seen on time. Dr. Tan was great! He was friendly and professional.
