"Two stars, solely because the front desk staff is kind and helpful Was given a new prescription, requested a prior authorization to be sent to my insurance so they would cover it. That didn't happen instead it was sent to some pharmacy in Mesa without my authorization a week after my appointment. Also received my referral for cardiology almost a week after my appointment and still have not heard anything about my blood work. I called, and messaged through the online portal and got nothing. Had to resort to showing up at the office. Just to be told they just put the authorization in that day."

Took my 14 year old for a birth control consultation and Dr. kliner took her time to educate us, she really made me feel apart of the process which I really appreciate because most doctors will make parents feel out of the loop with teens. "Before my pregnancy it was a bit hard for me as a new patient here... Since I've returned to Tucson from Cali for 3 years now. I've been coming to this location. I found out some terrible news in regards to my health in 2021. Then I found out shortly after some incredible shocking news that i was expecting! I grew a kind relationship with the receptionists there after all my appointments. Definitely can say that I am comfortable and familiarized there now. My Doctor is Bradley and she's been wonderful to me since DAY 1 & she was actually at Saint Joseph's hospital to deliver my son like she said she would be. It definitely means a lot when you can count on your doctors words/works. Thank You sm team for all the things mentioned and not mentioned! sincerely Happy Camper! Highly Recommend"
