"I chose the one because you dont have a minus one. Jump thru hoops to get what you need not to fall anymore and the rude person behide the counter is rude and just because the dr didnt word it the way she liked. But filled out and signed. She didnt even have the respect to get out of her chair to quietly talk. I did as I was told by your employee and your company obvious doest care about the patients to hire Mss none respect. I never been treated so disrespectfully. Here I thought the tech was cool I would return for the back braces I will need after surgery. If the Dr is to fill out a special form then you would think this outfit would have the correct forms to the Drs. Then your employee cant scolod someone for the way a Dr filled out the form so loudly and bluntly that others in the waiting room heard all my business so much for hippa laws."
