"Dr. Ahlstrand is an excellent psychologist. She is friendly, thorough, and puts both the patient and the patient's partner at ease. She is able to extract pertinent information from both and prescribe appropriate testing. The office is nicely decorated and calming. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Their building, however, leaves a lot to be desired. First Maps got us close but then IT got lost. The office provided a hand drawn map but it could be better and they need a better picture of the building. When we visited, they had only been at this location for three months, therefore, there was no signage. One must circle around and under the building to park. The parking lot is small but on this day, even though other businesses share the building, was not crowded. However, it is a little difficult to maneuver. There are no exit signs indicating how to leave the lot which would be most helpful. Most of the "problems" that I reported are relatively easy to correct and should not deter anyone from coming here. Just give yourself a little extra time to figure out how to get to the building and find your way in (and out). If they fix these minor issues, I will give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐."

"Building is difficult to find and access, poor parking,and outdoor keyed restrooms. Staff efficient, but not professionally dressed. Mail send the first patient derailing instruction not even close to that the patient is told upon arrival. Interview proved professional yet misses a few observations offered. He was more reading on the fly that reviewing the documents prior to sitting down with the he patient. The path forward is totally clear and professional"
