"After six phone calls and four voicemails I finally got through to someone at New Leaf. Alisha answered the phone, wasn't concerned with the obvious disconnect, and passed a message on to Tonya, the office mgr. Several hours later I called again and spoke with Tonya. She had my message but didn't bother to return my call. She eventually put me in touch with Holly, a therapist. I spoke with Holly and, while she appeared professional, she wouldn't give out contact information until a "therapeutic relationship" was established. Huh? So, I'll be your therapist but won't release a way for you to get a hold of me until we establish a relationship (which could take a while). I never should have hung up the phone because three calls later to the front desk and no one has answered/returned my calls. Honestly, I think this is purgatory for therapists who can't get a real job so they all just form this co-op where no one is really held accountable for their unprofessionalism. The location is a strong indicator that this is for the millenials to deal with their cutting and college relationship struggles and for true diagnosed illnesses. I can't stress enough that anyone looking for help should not even consider this place."
