"WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!! Waited 3 hours just for them to tell me my mom’s doctor was unavailable. Staff as well as police officers were very unprofessional. I will be withdrawing my mom from this facility."

"I wouldn’t recommend cope for mental health services. They do not have the staff to keep up with the workload. I do think some people there care but for the most part they are all overworked because they are understaffed and so the care people need is not up to par. If you have the capacity to fight for every little thing you’ll get your needs met but people with mental health issues don’t have the capacity for that. Would not recommend unless it’s the only choice you have."

"I use to receive great care at this location in 2017 but when I tried to come back I was treated very bad the doctor I seen was an older man he was very Disrespectful rude and was actually sick when I seen him he tried to change my meds and give me accessive dose that I'm not use to so I left and will not ever go back there again !!! Joanna tried to help but I decided it's the best decision not to go back !! Joanna is very professional and nice and she knows how to treat people with respect !!!"

"william gordon should quit his job. his attitude has likely harmed hundreds of people that have visited this clinic. incompetent, rude, and unprofessional barely begin to describe the experience of meeting this poor excuse for a psychiatric practicioner. cope should be embarrassed for even employing such an awful person but in reality gordon is everything that cope represents."

"1. Excessive wait times. 3-4 hours for walk-ins 2. Doctor was late 3. I briefly saw Dr. Toyin Marcus and was appalled at how accusatory and lacking compassion she was. She made me extremely uncomfortable; enough to leave mid-visit. Unwilling to consider educational material I had brought in to foster discussion. Untrustworthy 4. In the lobby, you can hear the pharmacy workers talking, often cussing and talking in a way unbecoming to COPE This clinic is great at making bad assumptions and making you lose faith in the system."
