"I already have a referral and saw Hillary once. Can someone call me back?! no one answers and no one ever calls me back!! I'm still having severe muscle spasms in my rib cage. I called the first time 5 days ago!! I cannot even get through to ask a question. The website does not give detailed info concerning sports medicine like dry needling or cupping or specific work on the fascial system. I called 2 days ago and left a message, still no one's called me back"

"The Tucson ATI Team are all amazing. The majority of my appointments I have worked with Micah and Asstrid, but on occasion have worked with Isanette, John and Alex. They all work well together as a team, are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how comfortable they make me on a personal level as my pain fluctuates. In the 2 months they have been working with me, I have seen much improvement. As I started my journey, Micah thoroughly explained my injury and the process for my road for improvement. With this knowledge I am prepared and manage my expectations. They have been very flexible with my appointment conflicts where I had previous plans to be out of town and could not schedule on site visits. He provided me a plan and workable solutions to do my exercises on my own so I would not lose the progress I was making. When I had one setback trip that required too much strain pulling around luggage , they were understanding and helped me recover. Going in to this location feels like going to the gym and making new friends. I can't say I like exercising, that would be a miracle, but they make working on my flexibility and strength exercises a pleasurable experience. I enjoy the interactions with this team of wonderful people. It is clear they care about the patients and enjoy seeing us improve. I really appreciate the progress I am making due to their hard work and their friendly smiles. Thank you, Micah and Asstrid for all you patience and encouragement. Thank you Isanette, John and Alex for smoothly taking over my plan when I am scheduled on Micah's off time. You are all wonderful and I highly recommend this Team!"

"Absolutely wonderful clinic! I was referred to John for a spinal injury and was extremely nervous about coming in and feeling hopeless. After just my first visit meeting John, he alleviated a lot of my anxieties with his compassionate and friendly presence. He is extremely knowledgeable and able to articulate medical terminology in a way I could understand. Him and PTA Lily made my appointments feel so comfortable, I normally dread going to any medical office but didn’t feel this way about ATI. You can see the genuine excitement John has seeing his patients improve and I couldn’t ask for a better physical therapist. I’m able to do the things I love a lot easier now thanks to this wonderful team."
