"First time here.. Place is very big and convenient for lots of people upstairs and down stairs. Downfall it could be pricey as well as most games don’t work but seem to work but takes points and to keep telling an employee or trying to find an employee and explain it over and over As well as employee at counter was not so polite at the counter and at the prize area.."
"It was amazing to receive such amazing customer service on Sunday. I brought my family for a fun afternoon. Broken machines could have ruined our visit. However, Shawn worked very hard to keep all customers. Including me, happily spending. Thanks to him, we will be back soon!!"
"Great fun place, only thing which is odd is the oven aren’t heated up yet @12:45 pm. They opened at 10am, guy said I’ll have wait till 1:30 for oven to properly warm up for pizza? So it takes 2.5 hours to warm up ovens?? Overall, Staff here are polite and helpful. Again great place to have family fun"
"Tilt Studio Arizona Mills is a blast! It's filled with fun games and activities. They have cool arcade games, and mini-golf. It's a great place for families and friends to have a good time. I went there recently, and it was so much fun. I recommend it for a fun day out with lots of entertainment options!"
"After my 3 kids repeatedly tried sliding the play card to play a game that was clearly not working I went to ask an associate for the money back that kept getting charged on the cards. They were kind enough to put the money back on the cards, but this happened at 3 different games! After asking why not just put up a small sign that says something like "out of order" they replied with "they won't let us do that" which is really stupid and basically means you could spend a ridiculous amount of money on machines that aren't even working. It's a little scam that's definitely worth noting and watching out for. Overall the kids had a great time with whatever machines were working and the food there was mediocre at best."
