I asked for a cheeseburger and didn’t receive that so now I’m here crying because I don’t have a meat and I live very far away and I’m never coming back here. "Went to another location off Peoria (by my home) and bought large fries for my toddler to enjoy on our way to church tonight, but he fell asleep while waiting over 15 min in line. So when I got to church in Tempe and pulled the fries out of the bag, they are nasty and not all there. Tried to ask this location if they would be able to exchange them, but they don't do that, she said. So McDonald's stole $4.34 and my kid is still hungry. I tried calling the other store to let the manager know, but no answer."
"I will never go to this McDonald’s ever again. I ordered a Large Sweet Tea, A Double Cheeseburger, and a Medium Fries. When I pulled up to the first window to pay, I was totally ignored by the cashier for 5-10 minutes. I went on to the second window. The woman couldn’t understand a word I was saying and had to ask another employee. I gave her my card, but they didn’t even give me a receipt?!. I went back to my job and noticed a charge of 18.54?!? I called the store and spoke to the manager Imelda and she said I had to go back to the store (12 minutes away from my job) in order to get the difference?! I was so pissed that I didn’t even care, she said “Oh yeah it look like you were charged for someone else’s meal along with your own.” No duh! She only gave me $4.00 as the difference. I should have been refunded the ENTIRE 18.54!"
"Over all it is a good restaurant. But they need to work on there costumer service and some of the staff attitude. There prices is reasonable but some times they do not put your order completely when you have a big oder sometimes they miss up or they will forget to put some of your oder so it’s better to check your order before leaving."
