"Drive to Tucson: So your treated like a person not a number or a bother. Went in for chest pain, sob, left back shoulder pain. Waited for about 10 mins for them to come get me , then sat in the bed w a monitor on. Laid there another 15 mins before some nurses came in to lecture me about seeing my pcp (which I have seen 3 times). Basically she wanted me to leave because they had other patients and there was nothing they could figure out from what they had done at a previous visit. The nurse just said I need to be checked for autoimmune issues. Well my bp is high, my heart is racing, I feel like an elephant is on my chest, I can barely set up. I felt I was treated like trash and they just wanted me out the door for the room. I was never seen by the Dr. I just got up and left calmly since there was nothing more they could do for me per federal law at least that what the nurse kept saying. Little does she know I work for that federal law and know it pretty well. So hopefully I don't kill over with my pounding chest pain."

"I brought my paralyzed wife here for severe chest pain and a possible broken rib. By the time we left my wife had been threatened, screamed at, assaulted, and was left to essentially bleed out in their parking lot. DONT COME HERE THEY KILL PEOPLE"

"Sat 45 minutes in the ER lobby without being admitted in hypertensive crisis even though I repeatedly tried to tell them I'm also a type A aortic dissection survivor with other unresolved tears/leaks. Finally after I resorted to try to call 911 to get transported elsewhere, the ER doc came out to chew me out because she got called by dispatch and told me "there's no way I could've had a dissection obviously". No exam or nothing except for a nurse took my BP which was over 200 in the lobby. If this doctor/ER is that untrained they need to be removed from ER medicine or they're just negligent. Luckily I'm alive though still in ICU at the VA, even they know they lethality of this situation..."

"I stopped in to get an Ankle Xray done. We are traveling from Louisiana back home to California. I stepped I twisted my ankle and wanted to make sure it wasn't broke. This was the best experience I have ever had going into an ER. The people were amazing. The nurse and doctor were top notch and awesome. I wish this was how all ER's are. Thank you so much Benson Hospital. You guy's are the best."
