"Very unsatisfied with this El Rio Location (Northwest Pharmacy). I have been a patient at a couple different El Rio's for almost 2 years and used other El Rio pharmacies which I have been very satisfied with. The staff at Northwest Pharmacy was very off-putting to say the least. It took them 5 days to fill 1/2 of my Rx. When I went to pick that up, they had the other half of my Rx and seemed baffled why they couldn't fill it. This Rx didn't take a pharmacist to count pills, there was no one in line when I got there but it still took them 20 minutes to get it out to me. It was also a very rundown pharmacy and nowhere near the standard of the other El Rios I have been to. I will go back to driving across town for future pharmacy needs. I highly recommend staying away from this place unless it's the only place you have access to."
"Hours of operation need to be updated to other El Rio locations because they are telling patients that you open at 8:30AM and website also needs to be updated. Misinformation is being advertised."
