"The services that I receive from Dr. Wu is excellent. Dr. Wu and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends."

"This was truly the worst medical experience I have ever had. If I could give one piece of advice it would be to find another place. I went because I needed emergency help with muscle pain. The Dr. was harsh, raised his voice, showed me and my mother graphic images without warning for no reason, and generally unkind. When I told him politely but firmly there was no reason to be showing me those photos and that we can focus on finding some relief for my muscles he refused to listen and berated me more to the point where I was sobbing. I truly needed to try the treatment, so I ended up staying. The only good thing about this place was the nurse/professional Brenda who was so so kind and tried to calm me down. I am thankful for her but stay away from this place!"

"Fear Not! Dr. Wu understands PLENTY of English. More importantly, he's got a Ph.D in understanding what your body tells him. I had to admit it - I was sick. And whether it was out of pocket, or co-pays and deductibles it was going to take every dollar I had to see a doctor. Considering how I've been treated at Dr. Wu's office, and how I've been treated at my primary care physician, I knew Dr. Wu was my best option to help my body get well. After my consultation, lying on his acupuncture table I was so glad I had made that choice! He cares that you get well. Feel better...."

"Dr. Wu has helped me and my family with a myriad of issues that other doctors could not, including specialists. Yes, it is expensive but if your health insurance covers acupuncture you can submit the receipt to them. Yes, he will have you come for return treatments just days later, that is part of the reason his treatment is effective. He has helped with everything from colds and skin conditions to heart palpitations and slipped discs. I now always go to him first before going to a primary care or specialist because even though the cost is higher you actually get effective treatment instead of wasting your money on co-pays for treatment of the symptoms that never solve the underlying issue."

"I do not recommend this Dr., if you have money to throw away then this is the place. His personality is very dry and doesn’t explain the FEES very well. The staff can’t even give you accurate prices to explain the fees as well. The first visit acupuncture cost $120 and addition to the teas he recommended $20 assuming that this will include a couple of treatments . Well that was not the case ,you have to follow up with him in two days and that’s another $30, if you want another treatment that’s another $120. He doesn’t give you any documentation stating what his treatment will cost going forward, if that was the case we would’ve stop there. [Lack of communication ] There are other accupunture facilities out there that do not charge $120 for one treatment. Do your research, I regret not doing my homework. I called to speak with the owner he was just as rude as the dr was.(No customer satisfaction )"
