"Had a great experience here with care for about 2 years. But now they made my therapist disappear and have refused to give any information other than they are no longer with the company. WTF is this??? Worse is they assigned me a new therapist who has a full schedule and could only get me in her schedule ONCE in 5 weeks. I'm not being treated with respect and as a valuable individual with health care needs, I'm being treated as a billable hour. Save yourself unnecessary distress try another provider."
"Very disorganized. The turn over rate is horrible! In the year that I was receiving services at cpih I had two diffrent psychologists, two diffrent therapists, and two or more case managers. Only of which one case manager tried to speak to me, and none of them would return my call. I informed them that my insurance was renewed and was still un-inrolled due to the lack of communication in the office. Everybody seems to have a ' iit's not my job' attitude."
