"Descending stairs was dfficult from excess pain at right knee. I was always concious of my steps when walking my dog. Three treatments and a little time has restored all activity without pain. I am grateful to the pleasant and efficient staff at PimaOrth/KneesFirst. Wait time for an initial appointment was short. Each treatment appointment was handled promptly. They coordinated with my insurance, then disclosed all costs prior to treatment. Very professional. It is easy to recommend them."

"Complete disappointment with Pima Ortho. I went in for knee injections. Aetna, my insurance, wouldn't pay for the latest procedure so I had to settle for an older type procedure. Had my first series of injections in Dec. 2021. Had a few follow-up appointments, went to Physical Therapy & my knees improved but not completely. Pima Ortho recommended a second series of injections 6 months later. That would have been June, before my insurance year ended. I had already met my deductible, so I would have saved a lot of money if I had the injections before July 1st. On my last follow-up, May 19th, they scheduled my injections for June 9th. Then I receive a call on the 9th, a few hours before my appointment saying they made an error & had written down the 9th as another follow-up rather than a procedure. They never ordered the medicine. So I waited & waited & waited. They never had the common curtesy to contact me ever again. They have just written me off & moved on. I feel completely betrayed by Pima Ortho. I could NEVER recommend them to anyone!"

"I started the injection in Feb 2022 and had 3. My last one was April 11, 2022. By the May, my right knee which has OA was not hurting, swollen or stiff. I am able to play with my puppies, walk stairs, kneel in church, walk 1-2 miles without pain and sleep all night with out pain. I am very happy and pleased."
