ATI Physical Therapy - Tucson

"I've been to ATI in the past (5-10 years ago) for back pain and it really helped my pain. BUT.... I visited them again in 2022/2023 for hip pain and I noticed a big change. No TENS, no heat whatsoever. And I got massaged only once out of my monthly 2 days a week sessions, with a massage gun. My sessions consisted of straight up do this and that exercise followed by daily co-pays and monthly bills. I finished all my recommended sessions, but still didn't feel 100%, so I opted to continue. I noticed the therapists have no time for one-on-one with their patient's. They schedule so many of us together that they don't even have time to notice if your doing stretches the right way. I started going to a different facility for PT and already there's been a big change. They have time for me and notice what works for my body and what doesn't. Heat and massage are a big plus too because I leave weekly sessions feeling refreshed and not in pain. Staff at ATI are really nice and friendly, but as far as physical "therapy" it lacked what patients need to heal and recover."

"Just had my 3rd visit with ATI and the service is amazing. Can't wait till my knee and hip are stronger for it. Will update once I have more time in at the office. Update 2/28/24: Finished at ATI and must say that William and team are amazing. Every last person there was encouraging, fun and just plain awesome. Been done with PT for 2 weeks now and my hip and knee fell great. I am much more active with my kids and doing my regular exercises at home. Thank you ATI."

As someone who has been dealing with back pain for over 13 years and been to many PT places, this one far exceeds my expectations and I am so grateful to the staff here. Everyone is so super awesome and incredibly knowledgeable. In the past, it has taken several appointments before I finally feel better. However, within a matter of one week and two appointments, I was feeling great! I literally cried when I sat up for the first time in 2 months with NO PAIN!
