Sue has always been quick and friendly when either my wife or I come in for exams or get her glasses adjusted when we do something stupid like siting on them or leaving them in a hot car too long. "My husband recently went to Marana Eye care for an eye exam and new glasses. Dr. Habid was professional, and he did a thorough eye exam. But we were greatly taken aback about how we were treated by Sue at the front desk. She was extremely rude, and short with her answers to any of our questions. She acted upset and bothered by any questions we asked her. My husband asked her is she could help with adjusting the arms of his new glasses around his ears. She stated “ everyone’s nose is different! I don’t adjust them, it’s how you feel in them”. We had to return the glasses, because the prescription wasn’t correct the first time around, and we were then told that his frames “were also a little crooked “ initially. We spent almost $700 out of pocket for these new eyeglasses, and don’t feel that we were treated with respect by Sue. Undoubtedly, Dr. Habib will lose business in the future due to her lack of customer service, and her behaviors toward patients. She should be reprimanded. This was not an enjoyable experience."

I will definitely be coming back. The staff are so sweet and knowledgeable, the office was clean and the art on the walls were super cute!"
