"Everyone was kind and friendly, and I was in and out in no time with a diagnosis and a prescription sent to my pharmacy. It must have been the correct diagnosis because the medication is helping immensely. One time I went there early in the morning and there was a wait time, but this time I waited until midday before going there and there was no waiting at all. I recommend that if you can, wait until a little later in the day rather than showing up first thing in the morning."
"My daughter-in-law recommended Carbon Health when I needed to see someone due to a sinus infection. Being from out of state, I was glad this place was fast and efficient as most typical urgent care locations are not. I was able to make an appointment immediately. Every interaction with staff was pleasant and curious. I never felt rushed during the appointment and the doctor listened to and answered all my questions. The doctor also offered advice to prevent future sinus infections. A prescription was sent to a pharmacy close by where I could pick up the prescribed meds. My experience was surprisingly pleasant. Hats off to the Carbon Health staff."

"Easily made an appointment online in seconds & immediately got a confirmation. Had to call with a question & the receptionist was friendly and helpful. They are very modern with electronic check-in instead of paperwork. It was fast and efficient, even as a 1st time patient. Wait time to be seen wasn't bad. The offices are beautiful & very clean. All the staff I met were friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. All were kind & took the time to listen and actually hear what was going on. I was given the appropriate tests and received the results pretty quickly, with instructions and requested paperwork quickly provided as well. It was a busy day for them, but as I left other patients who arrived when I did were also leaving, so that tells me how efficient and hardworking everyone is. Thanks Carbon!"
