"Honestly the BEST Urgent Care experience I’ve ever had. I don’t usually like to use urgent cares because the ones I’ve been to in the past have always been so bad. With things like being rude and rushed. Everyone here was so nice, polite and SO helpful. It truly felt like they cared."
"The NP on duty was really lovely. Great bedside manner. However the nurse looked like his best friend ate his dog!!! Rude, mumbling, no personality. I’m sure he was having a bad day. Honestly I’ve never seen a healthcare worker so disinterested in their work. And it was a pretty slow day. Overall, my issue was solved thanks to the NP. That nurse probably needs to take a vacation though."
