"Absolutely the most unprofessional place to go to. The front desk lacks customer service manners and to add it it every time I call to get ahold of my doctor the call gets denied. You can’t get an appointment here unless it’s a month plus out and they will still cancel the appointment and push it further."

"I had my first PCP appointment with Mikki aka Dr RhodesGloor and it was amazing she is funny and very polite and willing to explain things in terms of patient lingo so you understand it. Now the wait til is another story they said come 30 minutes before which is for paperwork I did that and my appointment time was 3:20pm and I didn't get seen till 4:10pm and the MA was not very happy and was kinda being rude and asking information in the hallway that personally I believe should be asked in a room for privacy. The lady at the front desk she can barely understand English and has her airpod in while you are speaking to her and kinda act like she doesn't know anything and giving misinformation about labs to be drawn and saying my Dr isn't apart of there practice. I highly recommend some training for her and the MA"

"My PCP left the clinic with little warning (already displeased with her care and bed side manners), okay fine schedule with another Dr. Go to appointment doesn't examine me at all just has me do labs and she informs me she's also leaving the clinic. So she "schedules" me an appointment for a month or 2 after. I go into my patient portal and apparently it never actually got scheduled, so now I'm struggling with issues I'm desperately trying to find the cause for but I can't get another appointment for months. Then we had the front desk...I've worked in customer facing jobs before and if I acted the way they do I'd get fired so quickly and multiple times I've had to wait well over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I'm looking for a different non MHC clinic because this is ridiculous."

"Unfortunately I think they're too busy to spend the time necessary with patients. Each time I need a prescription refilled I have to wait for the pharmacy to submit a request to my provider, which then gets denied. Then I have to call MHC several times to get someone to fill it. I've brought up this concern and finally they told me the nurse is the one approving/denying refill requests. This week long game of phone tag has happened every month for a year. I went to see an MHC urgent care provider after experiencing high heart rate and shortness of breath for 2 months. He definitely made me feel like I was wasting his time. Luckily I have new insurance for 2024 and will go to a different provider."

"Cecilia Nwakpuda is AMAZING. She is thorough, kind, actually listens, addresses issues that you may have. I would love to take her with me when I leave the state just so i can have excellent Healthcare.!! But watch out for the front desk... they are SO SO RUDE. ! If They could hire different receptionists. That would be great. Or at least they can pretend to care or be polite at the very least!"
