Nationwide Vision

"They text me at 1:16 stating my classes were ready for pickup. I’m so excited because I’ll be leaving for over a month and guess what they closed at 1pm. Which my glasses probably came yesterday. Because they were very bad about reaching out when my kids glasses came too and I had to call I got a text almost a week later saying they were in and to pick up. I like how close this location is but their hours are terrible and they are so slow at letting you know when your glasses arrive."

"I have taken my girls to this location for a couple of years. Actually had their appointment scheduled for a year. Never had bad service, until this last weekend! We got stuck at the railroad tracks because an arm was stuck down. One daughter's appointment was at 10:40 with a 10:25 check in. The others appointment was at 11 with 10:40 check in. We walked in at 10:48, I explained why we were late. Was greeted with " we canceled the 1st appointment because your late but we'll see the other girl". Very rude, didn't want to hear anything from me. There were 5 employees not counting the doctor and tect working. Only one other person picking her glasses out. I ask if we could reschedule for same day. Told " nope your last appointment of the day". They checked in , examined and got glasses picked for my daughter by 11:15!! Yes from check in time to check out was 30 minutes!!!!! Thought the store closed at 11 and they were in a hurry! NO, THE CLOSED AT 1PM! Got the other appointment rescheduled for late March. Very disappointed in the customer service I recieved Saturday!!!"

The doctors are always the best, and the office staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly. I always can count on my visits to this location to be smooth and completely hassle free, and a pleasant experience as well!!!"

"I’ve been going to the Nationwide Vision on Arizona Pavilions for a few years now and I’d have to say there is nothing negative about them. So professional and friendly. Time wise of getting seen during an appointment is very punctual and if you have a problem with your glasses they will make sure they help you out as best as they can. Fairly decent sized assortment of frames for men, women and children and turn around time for getting your new glasses is quick. Thank you all at Nationwide Vision."
