"The NP on duty was great but do NOT go there if you need X-rays!!!! They will take payment and then tell you they don’t have a technician at their location-despite the website saying the location does. I had to drive across town to the ONE location that did have an x-ray technician only to NOT get the results and have them NEVER answer the phone. Walking around on a potentially fractured foot, wishing I went elsewhere!!!!!"
"If I could give less stars I would, I waited in the lobby for 2.5 hours just to wait another 30-40 minutes for the doctor to see me. The doctor then told me she didn’t want to give me a steroid shot to stop the pain since that was only a “band-aid” solution and would not solve the sinus infection I was dealing with. I had to beg her for something to take the pain away and she graced me with numbing drops for my ears that didn’t work. When I asked if there was anything else she could do she told me to be on my way and start taking the prescription. This would be fine if they ever actually sent the prescription off to be filled. After waiting the entire next day, and not hearing from the CVS I called them to learn it was never sent out because someone marked that they printed it. Multiple days of work missed, and 3 hours spent in pain that I could have done from my living room. Next time, I will just let the sickness consume me, then at least I won’t have to pay."
"I tried to book an appointment at my regular doctors office. They had no openings for at least three days. I made an appointment for the same day at nextcare and was able to get seen rather quickly. Wait time was a little bit longer than expected but overall PA was really kind and knowledgeable."

"Wonderful team and efficient process. You complete your paperwork on your mobile device. I only waited about 2 minutes after that to be called back. The nurse practitioner was fantastic. Took the time to understand the issue and explained everything clearly. I have confidence in her diagnosis and she helped me understand how to manage it. Also called in a prescription and recommended an OTC medicine. Very quick, very easy - Highly recommend."
