"Wait time was ridiculous. Pizza showed up for staff after we’d been waiting an hour-all of sudden staff shows up to get lunch. “Dr” was extremely unprofessional and offered ZERO insight into issues."

"Staff was professional. Wait was longer than I expected. Drug screen was a humiliating process for new hire who isn’t used to being screened. I would suggest that the clinical staff ask questions such as have ever had a screening done before, and explain the reason for each step of the process, so I don’t feel like a criminal."

"I went into the office last week to see what ailment I had. When the Doctor, not FNP, an actual Doctor, came to check on me he stood in the doorway and asked my symptoms (I had been in and out of a fever, body fatigue, muscle cramps, lethargy, a cough, and slight congestion) he told me he didn't think I had the flu, closed the door, ordered the nurses to run rapid covid and flu tests, opened the door and told me the nurses would be in in just a moment. They sent me home without any further testing and an rx for ibuprofen and mucinex. I spent the next 3 days with a 100* fever laying on my couch and home from work. Thankfully I went to another facility and got proper care. I will not be coming back here and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Worst "care" I've ever received in over 30 years."

"I went for a pre-employment drug screen and the MA treated me like I was a drug using criminal. After I provided my sample she was trying to get a temp on it but was tipping the cup so the urine was on the opposite side as the thermometer and then tried to tell me my urine didn’t have a temperature. I had to point out to her that she was measuring the temp of the air and if she tilted the cup to get the urine on the thermometer it would work better. She did take my advice and strangely enough, the temp was appropriate. The MA had such an attitude about it and seemed like she was trying to disqualify my urine test like I was a low life. Very disappointed that she would treat me that way as a fellow healthcare worker. I was honestly scared she was going to contaminate my sample."
