"Fraud billing. Billed me for two office visits on same day. Billing manager would not help. Went for Medicare first visit. I have no other issues. Banner and this clinic has no help with billing issues. At my visit they told me it would be covered by Medicare. Been with Banner for decades never had such fraudulent charges. Shame on Dr. Puthenveetil for such unprofessional and deceptive practices."

"I went in on 12/3/2021 at around 10:00 am and asked to make a an appointment with my son pediatrician or any other pediatrician that’s was available how ever a front desk girl by the name Nadia or something like that informed me there was no appointments available so I told her my Concerned with my two month old child she said she should would put a message in for Triage nurse to call me so I agreed with her and asked to have them give me a call and It’s is 10:37 pm today and never did I get a call for no one!! They do not take your medical necessities serious on top of that i called back two more times and no one ever answered my calls !! I should feel comfortable with a medical professional who I know will assist all of my questions with my Son I am a first time mom so therefore I will always have questions about my sons health ! I and to take my 2 month old son who’s does not have all his shots yet to a emergency room for something that could have been resolved thru the phone there was no needed. For me to expose my child to unnecessary environment just Because I never got a call back from some one !! So my recommendation is if you want some one who’s gonna be there to answer your questions or take your child health Seriously DONT NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC BECAUSE NO ONE WILL HELP YOU I honestly felt discriminated for being a young mom I feel like the front desk receptionist did not take me seriously and did not think my child Health was a priority because apparently she never put in the message just because I’m a young mom doesn’t mean I do not know what is wrong with my child and it does not mean I do not need somebody to respond to my concern specially when I am taking him there to his pediatrician I believe his pediatrician and medical staff needs to assess my child’s necessities I completely understand there was no appointments available and nobody could see my child but I did still expect a call from the triage nurse which I did not receive"

"The Drs. And nurses are amazing! Particularly love Nicole Person-Renell. She has gone above and beyond in the care of my mother and her variety of unique and challenging health issues. That said...front office staff is barely competent. They can't remember names or faces of people that are there weekly! They can't get on the same page as far as who is doing what work. I frequently receive and respond to multiple text messages, multiple auto-callers, and multiple calls from real office staff to confirm one appointment. Maybe if they weren't wasting time calling people so many times they'd have time to answer the phone. Banner in general is absolutely terrible. Appointments need to be scheduled months in advance. As I'm writing this I have been on hold.over 20 minutes to cancel an appointment I'm about to be marked as a no-show for because I've been on hold so long. It's really an unacceptable way for such a large hospital network to run. They just now answered. 26 minutes on hold. Please avoid Banner if you can."

"I know the Doctors and staff are sincere..but so much time is spent training new Doctors..patient care...at least in my case, suffers. I know it is necessary to have doctors trained. But trying to get medical help that i need has been difficult and sometimes impossible. It has been costly and frustrating to tears for me. From my first visit the new doctor was busy learning how to do things on the computor. I hope my writing this will cause them to listen to the patients more carefully..and to have persons behind the scenes who know how to order medical equipment.. and who know how to get a referral outside of network authorized. I am worn out from the process of trying to find out why things werent done. I know there is a learning curve with new doctors..this is very hard to cope with as a patient with real medical needs. Hoping there can be better managent for the patients sake."
