"Dr Kirk Tjales is a wonderful person. He has finally, after a few tries, found a perfect combination of medicine to helps me sleep with, loud, chronic tinnitus. I fall asleep and am waking up way before noon now. I wake up now between 8-10 am now. I am retired, so waking up whenever is fine."
