"Unfortunately, this office is run by arrogant, obnoxious employees. Andi with and "I" would not allow me to speak with the doctor right before I was scheduled to have laser eye surgery. I was NOT allowed to ask him any questions, she said "there is no way you will be able to speak with him". So I cancelled my surgery. I transferred my care. Then the office staff has the absolute nerve to bill me for my copay from my pre-op visit! Vanessa. She stated that the doctor had no interaction regarding the billing of patients. I would NEVER have had that appointment if I wasn't having surgery. SO between, the back office assistants and the billing department I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE SEEK CARE FROM THIS PRACTICE."
