"Once again the worker just stands there at the door with the cart while I unload. Why is it so hard for them to roll the cart to someone's car? I'm not asking them to help me unload (god forbid they do some work), but it seems like part of their job would be to bring that cart over so people aren't breaking their backs."
"When dropping off donations, the employees have always been friendly and helpful. While shopping, items are very organized. Store is very clean."

"For 9 years I went out of my way to make donations to this center because the young men who worked there were so helpful, kind and fun. The past several months I have had to deal with an angry, nasty, ungrateful, unappreciative, rude, mean woman named "Bertha". She is at least 20 years younger than I am but she complains about everything I hand her "too heavy". She obviously hates her job and has said she could care less if donors went elsewhere. She refused to give me a donor slip. So, I guess I am finished with this center. There is a Salvation Army much, much closer and if I am going to drive a distance, I'll just drive to Assistance League, Salpointe Thrift, St Vincent de Paul, or any place who appreciates donations and donors."
"For the most part I take all of my stuff to Goodwill I recently had to take it elsewhere because they wouldn't take something that was used a bit more than all of the other stuff I had now I work construction and I'm pretty sure anybody would be happy with working appliances and chairs but I guess not everybody"
