"I took my puppy Blue for his first visit at the beginning of January. The staff I met were very friendly and Blue just loves meeting people and gets so excited and squirms so much, so that part went well. I wasn't enthused about the interaction with the actual veterinarian though. Blue was taken to a separate room for his exam and evaluation and returned for the results and discussion. The veterinarian misdiagnosed Blue as a cryptorchidism. I didn't check in the office because I didn't question the veterinarian's diagnoses, however I managed a feeder pig farm in my past and neutered 100s of pigs a week at days old, when I checked Blue, both testicles were present and this should have been done in the office with me present. I then started questioning the competence of the veterinarian to miss such a simple thing even with Blue squirming, but I chalked it up to experience as I had done about 3000 of these a year for many years. I still think it should have been covered better. Overall, everything went well with Blue and I'll probably return for his followup vaccinations and any treatment. I'll just stay with Blue the whole time."

"We had to take our beloved 16 year old Chocolate lab in for euthanasia. They were so kind and thoughtful. Clearly explained things to us. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They were patient with us as we were quite emotional. And when all was done, we were charged significantly less than we'd been quoted on the phone. They were very kind to our sweet girl and us. Thank you."
"We had our 16 year old Yorkie there for help crossing the Rainbow Bridge. The staff was good but the wait in between procedures and stuff was unbearable. I wish they could've taken care of this quickly. We honestly felt tortured."
