"Be aware this is another gym scam. They blame their system for not contacting anybody for any problems that the computer's having for instance, chuze fitness did not bother calling me to let me know that my day could not get a payment out of me. Instead they waited and waited until I called them and they were like oh you have a late fee and when I asked why they explained it. They said it's all because of how their computer system works. Not even the manager could even waive the fee even though it's their fault. Why won't you contact a customer if you're having a payment problem instead? They rather wait till you get a late fee so they can get that extra Buck I cannot believe I was one of these victims. Overall the gym's great but thanks to this experience I will no longer be going and it sucks"

"For the past month or so the men’s bathroom smells like someone pooped on the floor and was never picked up. Something needs to be put in place , air freshener that’s on a timer perhaps? But this is insane how bad it smells, the staff is quick to say something about backpacks on the floor so why isn’t the smell a priority?…"

"Off-and-on gym goer here. I love the staff at this place so much! I had been enrolled in a membership previously but wanted to restart with the "More" Plan for $33.85/month after tax included. It comes with weight room, classes, hydromassage, tanning, guest privileges, etc, etc lots of good stuff. DeShawn at the front counter greeted me when I walked in the door, then answered all my questions with a smile and signed me up for the membership. I asked DeShawn and Kristine whether I could charge my phone in the outlet up front (technological emergency!), and they said that was fine. Everybody working today helped set me up with the tanning bed, watch my phone while I did some strength training, and the hydromassage so I could see the bus schedules back home. Rose helped me with the tanning bed, and Ezmeralda helped answer several of my questions. Zanah and Sebastian also helped by being friendly, present, and guiding me through the process of restarting my training at the gym. Yay!"

"I had a 1 year membership that the gym made extremely hard to cancel with needing to come in person as well as fees for canceling. So I ended up leaving my account open and waiting for my membership to end. I haven’t been into this gym in over a year and have been charged monthly since my membership ended. This is extremely financially predatory for a gym that considers itself family centered. I reptile’s not return amass works not recommend"

"Decent and affordable. Haven't had any negative experiences there so far. I only use the general gym. Weekend mornings are often not too busy at all, which makes it hustle-free for me."
