"Once seen, the doctor was extremely professional and moved through a routine health check up quickly. The staff at the front desk were polite and quick to offer assistance. The major downside is that it took me just over 2 hours to be seen, for a 15 minute appointment and then a few minutes after for paperwork. Over all it was just over 2.5 hours during a week day as they're only open Monday through Friday."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We called at 4:00 and asked about coming in to be seen and specifically if they had chest X-ray. The lady on the phone said they did and they closed at 5. I arrived at 4:38 and after waiting 7 minutes to have someone even make eye contact with me they finally started checking me in. Just to get to the end of the check in the process and she sent someone to see if the nurse practitioner was still there (this is at 7:50). We found out that the nurse practitioner had gone home and their X-ray tech leaves at 4. Their sign clearly states they accept walk ins until 5pm. Unfortunately this isn't the case and if you don't arrive before 4pm don't expect to get and help. They need to inform people that walk in is until 4 instead of falsely putting up on their website and wall 5pm."

"I am upping their score. Different front office staff makes such an improvement. Start the visit with a smiling happy person instead of a condescending grump full of excuses. Made the experience so much better. Nice/friendly/knowledgable and helpful doctor too. Thank you. Used to be good, NOW JUST A VERY BAG JOKE. Taken over by Bio something Fazil. Waited OVER 90 min with NO interaction other then to be told they are inputting information!! I dropped that off 3 days before!! I finally left. People came in and filled out papers and were taken in while I still waited!!"

"If your coming in for a UA expect to be here for more than an hour. Ladies who checked me in were friendly but the young guy at the counter is very unprofessional and uncaring couldn't even remove the airpod when being talked to. If you can go somewhere else I would recommend it."

"Just out of curiosity I checked reviews..I'm a patient of this clinic and don't agee with the negativity that I've read thus far.. If you were bleeding profusely as you stated you would have been seen immediately. How do I know this because I have balance issues and often have to go in for treatment,bleeding profusely is never ignored.. Also there is a doctor there on Mondays and Fridays. The PA's provide excellent care as well..I realize many cannot be pleased no matter what the situation may be but try to calm down prior to making negative comments about this clinic."
