"Not reliable. My Primary Care doctor referred me to Yuma Nephrology...so, I made the appointment well in advance. To be fair, they did tell me to come in prior to the appointment so they could verify my paperwork. But, I made the appointment before Thanksgiving, then Christmas and New Years..over the holidays I was very sick with covid and was lucky to get out of bed. They cancelled my appointment two days prior to it. wow.. they didn't call to ask if I was ok. Or try to get the info from the referring doctor. Then I read other comments on this place. I think I got lucky and dodged a problem."

"I can see why so little reviews are so low, avoid this clinic! Front office calls me to get me in the very next morning. Tells me my labs show that I need an urgent visit only to call me later that day to reschedule two weeks out because they "never received my referral". (I've worked in the medical field My husband is a doctor. You can still be seen while waiting on referrals) Some urgency. The address provided originally wasn't the correct address for the rescheduled appointment. I call to let them know. Because it would be fifteen minutes past my appointment time I would have to reschedule. But they would call and let me know. Never called. When I realized the address I had written down was the address I went to, that they had provided, they STILL had the audacity to tell me I couldn't get in until April even though change of address was never provided and even though my appointment is urgent. Avoid this clinic, deserves zero stars at best."

"I hadn't even made an appt and they were rude telling me they would cancel my appt and if I didn't respond to the appt they would cancel and charge me 50 dollars. Ended up not making an appt. The phone was answered instead of speaking to me they just spoke in Spanish to each laughing. Choose somewhere else."

"Doctor pushed medications she doesn't even know if insurance will cover. She gives results from labs, but refuses to show patients the lab upon request. Office staff called to give results for a test my husband never had. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen."

"I had changed our appt. to Dr. Lim, per our referral, at 11am the Friday before the appt. When I arrived they told me the appt. had not been changed. Instead of apologizing they said they'd charge me $50 to reschedule. The staff was so insisted on being right they lost sight of customer service. But I guess when you have a monopoly on health care, YRMC, there's no need to provide customer service."
