"Took my sister in for a severe migraine at 5:45. Provider Mack refused to see my sister and told us to go to YRMC that there was nothing she could do. Mind you my sister has been to this clinic before and never been turned down. We drove to their sister facility on the big curve and even they were surprised this provider turned her away. It just felt like provider did not want to deal with her."

"I have been going to this location since it opened. The staff has been nothing but kind and helpful to me at every interaction. I contracted an Acute Respiratory Infection and was seen by the PA on staff. He was very kind and listened to me when I told him about my experience with my current illness. He prescribed me 4 different medications and all have been helping me in getting better. Thank you to the staff for all you’ve done for me. I prefer this location over any I’ve ever been to and will continue coming here."
