"So disappointing Intermountain! MY time is valuable too! I’ve been sitting here for over an hour! Over the past ten years I’ve had to come here multiple time for pre employment physicals. Always disappointing! They make you schedule an appointment but NEVER even come close to the time you schedule! I wish they could get another hospital group in town! As a travel nurse I’ve been across the USA and honestly this is one of the worst workmeds there is!"
"I’m already not a fan of intermountain but this place is the worse. I got injured at work so I was sent here, majority of the employees are rude and judgmental. My wrist was injured 2 months ago now and they say there’s nothing wrong with it when there obviously is. I’m in pain of 7-8 majority of the time still and my occupational therapist- who is great but not at workmed- said that it’s getting to the point of going to a hand specialist. I mentioned it to my workmed dr and he said it’s completely unnecessary despite me being in pain of 7-8 majority of the time and my therapist who I see weekly, says otherwise. I am very dissatisfied with my time spent here and with having to deal with all the pain. They also said at a previous visit that “there’s absolutely nothing we can do to help” when there is."
"Fell at work, was told that it wasn't /that/ bad and to just ice the area. Months later, I still can't put pressure on the area which affects my every day life. I wish that they had actually taken me seriously when I said I was in a lot of pain."
"I had zero issues here, despite all the horribly negative reviews. My name was called at the time of my appointment, (for a work physical), which I think is the real key. You need to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, just not walk in. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I did wait in an exam room for about 15 minutes, but the staff politely explained that an emergency had walked in, requiring immediate attention. Then when I was checking out, there was another slight wait, but the front desk lady was again apologetic, and explained why she had been delayed. I have no complaints about my experience here."
