"Update: I contacted the email provided by the owner below. I never received any reply back and the issue was never address. I reiterate, do not do business with this center. Yeah, do not go to this place. Even bearing in mind the entire US healthcare system is made to try to milk you out of as much money as possible, these people literally extorted money out of me. I came in having chest pains I believed where heart related, they ran one scan, determined I did not need to rush myself to the emergency room as it was most likely ulcers. I agreed that due to lack of health insurance, I would pay full price up front. I settled the bill with the billing secretary and left to fill my prescription. Fast forward two to three weeks later, and an over-due bill arrives from this facility. Confused I call their billing service. I am informed that THEY made a clerical error in the billing coding and now *I* need to pay for their mistake and settle the difference! WHO DOES THAT? They made an error. And when I was resistant to being extorted, they threatened to immediately move the fallacious bill into collections. I paid to protect my credit score. It's extortion and if I had had the money to pay for an attorney, I would've sued! Avoid this terrible medical center at all costs. It's not like the the city isn't flush with them all over, you have options."

"WORST, save your time and money and go anywhere else. My 1st (and only) experience yesterday at the "walk in" Instacare started with a 1 hour wait time (mid week, mid day) to get my daughter's warts removed -- so simple, so easy. The incompetence of the staff to 1. provide treatment in house or 2. give a prescription for removal IS SHOCKING. After 4 phone calls to follow up, I was told to make a different appointment (more money, more time) NO THANKS"

"Had a very similar experience as many of these reviews where I was mocked and embarrassed by a nurse. I ended up leaving without being seen by the Doctor after waiting for an hour because of how she made me feel. I was surprised to see how many similar experiences to mine were on here. So instead of adding to them, I wrote directly to the email address I kept seeing in these responses. I took the time to be as detailed as possible, hoping it would make a difference. That was August 3rd that I sent that email. It's now September 19th and I haven't heard a thing from anyone. They don't care. This default response is as insincere as their bedside manner at the urgent care."
