"I have relied on this generous resource within our community throughout college for the last 6-7 years. I can confidently say; this clinic is VERY LUCKY to have Shayla on the mental health clinic side & Laura in dental. I have not utilized the dental services but they are the friendliest, most efficient and organized gals. Shayla is always, and I mean, ALWAYS on top of everything; if she says something will be done..... it actually gets done. It has been a rollercoaster working with others in the past but I feel like I speak for many patients of this office when I say, Shayla has improved the quality of this clinic more than ever expected. I am beyond grateful of her contribution to this facility."

"So I need to revise my original post. Went manic and we know how that goes. Everyone at the clinic is great and honestly they have always treated me with respect and love. Paul is amazing. He truly cares! Dr Nielson is by far the best therapist/psychiatrist that I ever have known. He has worked with me for years and was successfully treating me until this happened. I highly recommend them. They truly care about us."

"I came in for mental health. The doctor was always very kind, but it just sorta felt like they didn't ask enough questions and just started throwing medication at me. They ignored my concerns of the medication, one unrelated, one causing me to oversleep to 12 hours, and half a year later, I'm still trying to undo the habit they caused. Also, the last time I was there, 3 of us came in for a 9am appointment, and I didn't get in until 9:45. I'm extremely perplexed why this got scheduled this way. It's good for being cheap, and that's about all I can say."

"The medical side of the facility has Angels working. They always get me right in, don't make me feel bad for not having insurance, and always so grateful for a simple donation. They have legitimate concern, and compassion. I can't express what saints these people are ❤️ The mental health side is a bit different. I was humiliated and shamed at the worst time of my life. I personally wouldn't advice mental health care here. I'm giving 5 stars simply because the medical staff and reception are incredible"

"I want to start by saying I don't have any complaints against the therapist here. My complaint is with the front desk and the administration. The man at the front desk was loud and made me feel like a criminal for being unable to wear a face mask. He asked me very loudly why I couldn't wear one. First, it is absolutely NONE of his business. Secondly, for a medical facility, even a voluntary one, they should know better. These people are dealing with individuals with mental health issues? That is alarming. Lastly, they made me wait outside in 100° weather which was a disaster in and of itself. I should also mention that I was only there to pick up a prescription as a favor to someone who wasn't able to make it there. Shame on you people and the administration. I am very disappointed."
