"Where to begin? I DON'T EAT PORK! I expressed this on intake. First meal served to me contained pork. Several meals after that, so I was lucky if I ate at all, because I won't eat anything from a plate containing pork. One night pepperoni pizza was served and I was told to just pick the pepperoni off, ummm NOPE! All the meals are served in styrofoam, yet amazingly room temperature. I did not get any hygiene items for over 20 hours. Finally a tech handed me a toothbrush and a tube of shaving cream because I made such a big deal about being able to brush my teeth. Yes, shaving cream. I guess it was a personal F. You to me for asking. Secondly, somebody came to do a blood sugar test on me and I had to ask why, because I am not diabetic. He says, "oooops, wrong person." His name is Alonzo. Hire staff that pays attention to detail, why don't you? The best bit is that one of the staff left a daily census on the floor in my room containing personal information on every patients on the unit. Including myself. For example a patient with the first initial L overdosed on 25 trazadone and a pint of vodka ......plus more. HUGE HIPAA VIOLATION! After all that garbage, of course I will A.M.A. as soon as possible. Next stop, a damn good attorney."

"THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! They lie and say you need a code to speak to your loved one. Once you have the code you can never get a hold of someone. My LO was there less than 24 hours before she fell and broke her hip. The ER that she was transferred to stated they receive patients near daily from this hospital. It is in the process of losing it's Accreditation. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!"

"You guys notice that only five star reviews are from people that work here and all on their orientation day? What happened? did they get a free pizza party if they gave a positive review? Whenever you see this many people complaining the way they are, run far far away."

"This place deletes reviews - only people who have something to hide are scared of the truth being shared. If you want to see more reviews and information, search their name on Facebook - many more experiences that can’t be deleted are there. Somebody close to me was a patient here and they are not what they portray to their investors. In my opinion, this appears to be an insurance fraud under scope of providing medical and psychiatric care yet neither are to be found here. Patients are medically neglected and force fed antipsychotics without any review of one’s medical history or current medical state. This place does not treat patients like patients. They treat them worse than inmates - even inmates get an hour a day in the Rec yard - why do you deprive patients of earths natural source of vitamin d? Seems to be a questionable way of providing “help”. How many investigations has the facility been under? At what point are others also liable for ignoring misconduct and widely known issues? Do better. P.S. I’ll be waiting on Starbucks gift card, you should be able to send to me electronically!"

"I was transferred to this place from Mind 24/7 and I thought it would be a better place overall for my mental health recovery. I soon found out it's just another puzzle I had to solve, you have to be careful in here and take your medication so you can get discharged properly. I went in in a psychotic state and came out recovered thanks to the nurses and my agreement to take my medication. They did push other medications on me but I took only my antipsychotic and it was good enough. What I'm trying to say is that you go in easy and you have a hard time getting out if your mind isn't working right. It's like a Holiday Inn, you get 3 course meals, showers, snacks, socializing and music. They don't have any outdoor exercising place yet, that would help alot and it would feel like less of a prison. The staff are what you make of them, your behavior will define that. Overall I think this is just the place I needed a taste of for my situation in life. And I enjoyed the other residents and making friends. It's best to stay here 5-10 days for recovery, anything over that and you get bullied by staff for being overweight. I witnessed that bullying and it's not fun or nice or even acceptable. The staff have some residents they like to pick on, when they pick on me I just laugh it off or respond to them like they are a parent figure."
