"An SMI family member/ward ended up here. The hospital social worker was amazing. It took a month to get my loved one stabilized, but the hospital was actively involved in discharge planning. He really needed 6 months, but hospitals won’t do that anymore. At least I knew he was safe and well cared for."

"My mother has an SMI and needed voluntary admission to help stabilize her illness. The hospital has 24/7 intakes and admitted my mother. I spoke to my mother multiple times on the phone and asked if it was clean and she said it was very clean. I also asked her how she was being treated and her response was that she was being treated with dignity and respect. She was the happiest she had been in a really long time. If you or a family member are in a crisis I would highly recommend Haven. I had reservations because of the other negative reviews but you have to keep in mind that most people who write reviews are the ones who are unhappy. I am hopeful that my review will help another family like mine find a temporary but safe place for their family member."

"Liberty has to be the worst one there. She treats ppl like straight up animals and throws rocks then hides her hands. Shanika isn’t any better. This place is so unorganized and does NOT meet standards or follow rules. They treat patients and workers horribly. Don’t come here or work here."

"Do not send your loved ones here. My mother was there for over a year and was sick all the time do to lack of care not to mention she went in walking and came out never walking again. She is in another care facility now and is thliving and is never sick. Thanks to the awesome care, the new place provides. We also just had somebody we know from work Mom admitted there for physical therapy and died yesterday due to their lack of care. I hate to say it but, I warned the family of Haven Health Phoenix and they didn't listen, and this is the end result. Do not send your family to this facility if you want them to live."

"This place is not a good place for someone to actually go when there looking for help, I was intoxicated when I was at a emergency hospital from getting into a fight with my ex boyfriend. They asked me to go detox here at the haven, they did not tell me I was going into a mental psychiatric hospital! The hospital said I only would be going in for 5 days. Even the intake here said only 5 days . I been here for 5 days already. Now there trying to keep me here for 10 more days when Max is up to 7days. They have no groups throughout the day. The food isn't all that good. And the employees don't communicate well like my social worker and the Doctor. My mom even tryd to call and tell them they can't hold me here like this and that I didn't know what I was getting myself into. I have no mental health issues or anything I'm not at risk to myself or others. And by the way I'm only 21. I'm from Montana and I'm trying to get back to Montana for a family emergency. It's ridiculous... it's not okay."
