"Awful, disgusting, dogs get treated better at the humane society. Stay far, far away. nurses don’t answer call buttons or screams for help, my husband was in same room for two weeks and it was only ever cleaned by me. None of the bathrooms are Ada complaint/husband could not use bathroom in his room because his wheelchair didn’t fit. He was expected to use bedside commode so everyone could watch. Doctors are judgmental and arrogant and family is better seen not heard. Elevators broke down got stuck or had inoperable doors on a daily basis. Unfortunately we were not given a choice to refuse this hospital for treatment when my husband was brought in as trauma but if you ever taken here and lucid demand to be taken elsewhere. All the chairs are so old they have permanent butt impressions. Also be warned your roommate may be an inmate and chained to his bed and you have no say in the matter."

"Inhumane, They pass by you while your in extreme pain not listening the patient I told the doctor my back hurts also did not seem to care after I told him I have back issues before the incident to be transported to e.r at valley wise(no x-ray was done on back). Dr.was calm I give him that but not listening.The nurses seemed dismissive and unprofessional I couldn't get help when I needed to use bathroom or help with neck brace that was placed on me which made pain worse. Still In excruciating pain . I had to get help by banging on wall there was no call button when I trying to call out for help nurses just walked by some said they will have my nurse come she never did come there for over 6 hours was hell and stressful. I expect when I go to a hospital to be treated not neglected pushed to the side with such uncaring nurses."

"Been here for 3 nights with my son not once have they came to clean his room I then seen a housekeeper and asked if she could clean my son's room and she said no she was not assigned to my sons room we had to buy our own toilet paper as they did not want to give us any then they transferred my son to another floor where I had to sleep in a chair for the next 2 days and when. I say a chair I mean a chair from the waiting room all .his doctor's and RN'S on the 3rd floor where the best but once he was moved to the 4th floor it was a horrible experience i had to sleep in an office chair as they didn't even offered a recliner knowing i had to be here additional nights"

"I had a good experience at this hospital over all. The staff was very kind and took care of me as a patient. The only thing that bothered me is that it was very dirty. The lobby had dirt and trash under the chairs. The bathrooms were gross. I saw blood on the was in the walkways. I didn't see a lot of cleaning staff the one I did see seemed to spend a lot of time socializing, not cleaning."

"I was in the er all day THEY RUINED MY VISION !!! .. the nurse kept walking by laughing giggling talking about what they ate for lunch while I was in pain crying for two hours. The doctor was great so I dont blame him for being multiple places at once and when I said I’ve been waiting for someone to come get my spine fluid and she didn’t give me details of what to do including that I needed to lay down and be still . she got offended and walked away and left me alone again for two more hours, I had to keep calling for a nurse . Now my vision is getting worse and I missed a week worth of work if I have to sue I will , so unprofessional and I’m not sure how a nurse can get rude and let you leave with more health issues!! I am speechless and so devastated. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE !!"
