"By far the worst place to go I've been in the behavioral health field for 10plus years and this place is just terrible by the way they treat everyone I took my fiance to get his psych medication because our pharmacy made a mistake and I regret taking him so much when we got there the people at the front desk was rude and would roll they're eyes and make terrible face expressions while speaking to them the after taking my fiance to the back and having me sit in the lobby waiting for him as the hours go by I end up the only one in there beside the front desk people then I see one of them grabbing they're belongings and walks past me and leaves to go home and then a few minutes later the lights shut off and I see everyone else about to leave it took me to say excuse me I'm still in here even though they saw me cause I was literally sitting in front of the counter the entire time and they looked all confused and said what do you need and I said to them my fiance then 7 people from the back come out and start rushing me out the door while saying he was staying I swear worst feeling ever and I had to wait until the next morning to try and call and check on him and was told they don't know if he is allowed to go home or stay which how do you all not know and if you don't know then find out he's not just a sheet of paper that you just set down and forget about he's a person and a loved one now if it was the other way around I think they would be in yay as upset as I am I have been calling all day for answers and a pho e call from my fiance and still nothing take it t from me d no t take anyone here these people don't care"

"Great experience. I personally can't complain. But they genuine do care. I been there my first time around and, the staff was on point but the computer system like everywhere else is slow. Nichole,nice the old man that a nurse is sweet and down to earth. Tony funny but hard worker. Stephanie defiantly dersevers a raise. She keep the place in tip top shape, she what made me have a change of heart. The old lady that works 3rd shift came around i thought she was mean at first but at the end showed loved. Anthony - i call him mr.robo cop is series but he has a heart of gold. His called superman. There alot of them but those 4 came to mind. But thank you evrryone for your support in my quest to recovery and letting me be who i think i am. But nobody eles will understand."

"I believe appointments may be accepted, however if you walk in there may be a little bit of a weight. I've actually waited 45 minutes or more before. Is not a hospital, and certainly not an emergency room. But there are different providers who can help with most simple issues."

"I had to come into contact with Leigh Phillips, a nurse in Critical Care. She was the worst nurse, I have ever had to deal with. She was a non caring, no empathy or compassion. She is truly in the wrong field. I would advise to avoid her, if your in pain!!"

"Go in before 9:00 pm! I have a bad pain in my back for a week, i walked in, waited about 5 minutes to register, immediately after registering i was called back to have my vitals checked. No more than 2 minutes passed by when i was placed in my room did a doctor show up and evaluate and diagnose me. I revieved medication and advice from the doctor (Nick) and i was out of there in less than 30 minutes. The service was great, quick, and what i expect from professionals. You best believe ima pay off this medical bill before any other ones. Holllaaaaaa."
