Tucson ER & Hospital

"I went to Tucson ER and hospital after experienced a short but severe episode of difficulty breathing. (Turns out I had at long last joined the COVID fraternity.) I went based on proximity, and the positive experience of a friend who had gone there. I have never had a "bad" ER experience, but I work in the business and I know they happen. (Often times out of the control of staff, but still a reality.) I couldn't have been more pleased. I barely completed the paperwork before I was taken back. (This was mid-afternoon on a weekday.) The entire team - front desk, nursing and tech staff, and the doctor I saw - were terrific from start to finish. The place was spotless and well-equipped. Everything was fast and efficient. The doctor actually spent some time after my diagnosis answering my general questions about the place. Overall, a terrific experience. I actually hesitated to do this review.... you tell the world about a great restaurant you discovered and now you can't get a table. But seriously, if circumstances allow, I will never seek urgent or emergent medical care anywhere else. They are a model for the industry. Ten stars."

"Fast and efficient service and treatment. The nursing and support staff was very supportive and professional while making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Murphy was great and covered all points and got me to an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. I highly recommend Tucson ER and Hospital. Good doctor and the nursing staff were on point. "The ER was clean and quick. I had no wait time at all, as soon as I finished my paperwork they had me in the back for triage. The front desk man was kind and personable, and so were all the nurses, techs, and doctors. I had a very pleasant experience for it being what it was. Everything was thorough and I felt treated with compassion, care, and kindness. I would recommend."

"This is seriously the kindest staff with the fastest service. Everyone from beginning to end was so incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and communicative. "This place has always been wonderful. It is an ER and hospital, not a minute clinic, which is great to have so you do not need to deal with long waits or lines like at the bigger hospitals. The whole staff are kind and helpful from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. They take most insurance and are a huge time saver. I got in, got assessed, got a CT scan with results, and was discharged in barely over an hour without spending any more than a large hospital. This was my second visit and I will keep coming back."
