From the moment we walked in the door we were treated kindly, and with respect. The atmosphere was calm and professional. "My family is SO impressed with the ER at Carondelet Marana Hospital that we have been telling everyone we know, we feel like it's only right to let others in on this excellent facility! We only discovered this hospital by chance and had our first visit a few weeks ago. The WHOLE experience was such an easy, refreshing scenario compared to other places. The lobby was clean and bright with a super friendly lady at the front desk, Arianna, who was extremely patient with my endless stream of questions when filling out an online submission form. The physician that assisted my father that day was Adam Field, who was exceptionally competent, thorough and gave us his full attention, listening to our concerns and successfully conducted an exam in a very timely manner. We were stunned at how quickly my father was seen and the whole process such a smooth and seamless one that we almost felt it was too good to be true!:) Also there was a male nurse, Ken, who was absolutely wonderful and gave my father follow-up instructions. Everyone was so kind and logical, we felt instantly relaxed which was a feat due to our anxiety over the situation with my father. You have a lovely establishment and we feel thrilled that we stumbled across this Carondelet Hospital. Hopefully we won't need to use this too often but if we do, we feel very relieved to know we can count on such excellence. Thank you, we are profoundly grateful for the service!
