"There are other choices locally - do yourself a favor and choose any other stone yard. We worked through our build and suffered from a lack of adequate communication between Zion and another local stone yard on one of our slabs, resulting in the wrong slab being placed on hold. We found out about it a year and a half later when the wrong slab was presented to us. After some investigation, the root cause was lack of following procedure/protocol between the two businesses around deposit. We made the deposit to Zion, but they never sent the deposit to the other entity to hold the correct slab until 6 months later. Neither business contacted us to let us know about the delays. The other business owned up to their side of the communication issue and provided us with a financial concession for the loss of our slab. Zion refused to make any concession, offering a half-hearted apology during what can only be described as one of the most unprofessional interactions I have had in a professional capacity. When we went back to their showroom floor to look for an alternate slab, they would barely make eye contact. They could have shown any level of customer focus through multiple discussions, but chose not to do so. They wouldn't even return emails or calls until I called them directly and caught them in the office. I cannot in good faith ever recommend them to anyone. Imagine the perfect slab you selected being sold out from under you due to lack of procedures being followed - with absolutely no concession by the business for their role in the situation. Choose professionals, not what we got at Zion."

Will spend as much time with you as needed. And the showroom is spotless!!! Very well organized, clean and easy to shop.
