"Be careful buying clothes here. Everything is final sale - but it doesn't say that on the receipt. Bought a wool pleated skirt with a plaid pattern for a gift. Went to wrap it and it was moth eaten in so many places! Completely unrepairable. I took the skirt, tags attached with the receipt to see about a refund. The first employee I spoke with told me "well it's your job to catch anything. It's final sale and if it was me I would have caught this". I said it's not DI and it was not cheap, and she snarkily told me "it is a good deal because this skirt is older than me." FR. Heads up, I guess it's your job to make sure you're not buying a $50 dollar moth eaten skirt that has a pattern so it's hard to see at first. I did end up speaking with someone else who was able to give me store credit, which is better than nothing. I want to shop local and this store is beautifully put together, but the customer service and exchanges aren't something they are good at."
"I love the layout of the store. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I could spend a day in each section of the store because there's so many things to choose from. I was only visiting so I didn't get to spend as much time as I would like. But I will go back again when I return"
