"Purchased an Eames Compact Sofa from Jonathan Wayne and had him and his own upholsterer do a upholster on the sofa I bought from him. The sofa was completed and upon delivery I noticed there was a fresh gouge in the fabric. I pointed this out and he took the sofa back saying he'll make it right. He then returned it to me with the same gouge in the leather. He asked me to inspect the sofa, I did, and pointed the gouge to him and his words were, "You need to stop being a perfectionist, I'm losing money" and looked around my house and said that he could find flaws with my coffee table and an eames lounge I have (hinting it's a fake), he proceeded to walk out of my house. I would not recommend to do business with him as he is not understanding, pretentious, and will gaslight you into thinking you're the one in the wrong. To me, this guy is bad news and is not worthy of anyones time. Pictures are attached of before and after of the sofa problem area. Hope this helps someone out there deciding to business with him, I sure wouldn't anymore."
