There are usually a lot of people but you never know because you sont have to wait to get a machine to do your workout. Everyone is professional and the staff are always willing to help with any questions."

"Finally they upgraded the mens sauna. For a long time it was in a sad state and the door handles need to be changed too. But you would think that gym goers will help keep it clean, well you’re dead wrong. It’s not even a day old and people start leaving garbage around."

"People that come here are messy and do not pick up after themselves. I'm like Dora the Explorer in this gym now. I have to LOOK for dumbells all over. This really wastes time. The 5s-25s you are not going to find. They are in the personal training section, the 2nd grass area, the classes room and near machines. I have been coming to this gym for YEARS, recently came back to this one after 6 months of not coming here (still paying for membership way more than 9.99) and I never seen it this unorganized and messy. I have only been back 2 days. The "Join as low as 9.99" really advertised the wrong crowd. This is not even about the staff at all, as in the restrooms are always spotless clean, they always look impeccable and the floors as well. The employee is there at the end of the night does weights away and greets when coming in and leaving. No problem with staff at all. I kid you not, every squat machine there is a mess of plates, dumbells, and napkins. Do guests not know where the trash is at? There is trash cans all over! Do they not see the sign to re-rack their weights. The places where they just added more mirrors and grass areas need more policing and signs advising to put dumbells, equipment, balls, and mats away. This gym is not worth what I'm paying, but it's definitely worth maybe 9.99 a month. MAYBE. Certainly, not $35. The pics below aren't even half of how messy it was yesterday."
