"Overall decent rooms, great friendly staff but the area (visit jan/Feb 2024) is ROUGH, haven't had one local say a good word about the area, let alone see much good from people around digging in the facility dumpsters, groups of people lingering around the building and entrances, to the general public nearby walking around the streets nearby. A local police officer I asked about the area also said its flat out terrible and has a terrible fentanyl problem, which would make sense to the things I've witnessed. Great people, not a bad place but absolutely terrible location."

"The desk clerks were all very polite and helpful. They have shuttle service, and their drivers are just as nice! My room was large and clean. The extra amenities that are available are great. The pool and hot tub are very handicap friendly (there is a lift chair for access)."

"I only spent one night there and unfortunately the room I had didn't have any hot water. I was able to go to another room to shower but didn't switch rooms. The staff member I spoke to did her best to accommodate me."

"This was a great place and stay the main reason is the customer service the front desk agents were great they were polite and nice that’s how you run a great hotel your staff has to be friendly polite and kind I want to thank Alicia and Kristi Sangsteer the room was comfortable I had some peace and quite the hot tub was ready clean and hot the pool water felt so clean and fresh the breakfast was so good an actual hot breakfast the gym had everything for a good workout the cleaning staff was so nice too and as soon as I asked for towels and toiletries I got them in 2 min I asked for a late check out and I was given until 12pm they were so kind about it their tone of voice you could tell they had no problem letting me stay a little longer also they have a shuttle that takes you at a 10 mile radius which there is a lot of restaurants and stores on 75ave and McDowell and 99th and McDowell I recommend this place"
