"If I could give no stars I would. The 1 star is because it's a really nice store but the 2 employees Ashley and the other cashier working today at 330 8/26 disrespected me on a level that I have never experienced before. There are some people that just should not be allowed to work customer service. Don't get me wrong I loved this store but after today's experience I will be looking for other stores to go to."
"I called to check the status of my application and the hiring manager Dena was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She stated to me that she called but didn’t leave me a voicemail because that’s not important and because I missed the call she focused her time on other applicants that answered and who actually wanted a job then she hung up in my face before I can even ask her a question. I need to know who’s her manager because this is NOT how you treat people especially when I’m giving so much money to this establishment. They may want to hire a different manager, someone with a better attitude and who’s understanding."
"The store is ok. But The employees OMG!!! They just HOVER over u, it makes u feel Sooo uncomfortable, and then when u look at them, they ask do u need help? Girl Gone u know I don't need no help or I would have asked(that's how they play it off). That's the ONLY reason I don't go to this store. They NEED to STOP this ASAP. BTW a few of them is Soo Rude."
"Given that Five Below has everyday low prices, this is every frugal shopper's playground. Basically, a general merchandise version of Aldi."
"The workers and customer service skills at this store is unbelievably rude!! We got there at about 7:40pm and we were greeted “welcome we close in 20 mins and every few minutes one of the workers yelled out how much time we had left 15 more minutes, 12 more minutes and so on. Then we had one little girl literally follow us around until we walked up to the front to pay. Mind you they close at 8:00pm we were out of the store after ringing up are own items by 8:05pm. This is the worst customer service I experienced!! I will not be spending my money there ever again!! They clearly need training on customer service and to read up on there policy books you can not kick out a paying customer it’s one thing to lock your door and not let anyone enter at closing time but to walk around following paying customers is extremely rude and unprofessional!!!!"
