"When I called to resched the agent/rep said that my wife’s copay is US$10 but when we arrived on the place (45th Pl Ahwatuke)they said they have not yet received the insurance authorization/confirmation and charge us US$175. Provider is Canyon Sky ENT. Also the ct scan was done last feb 26 and until now i have not receive the result."

"Xray tech was unfriendly and rude. Just called my underage son’s name. No smile, no hello how are you. I asked IF I needed to come back and it was a quick nasty “NO” and then she turned her back on us. After the X-rays were done she walked him out and told me when the report would be ready. I let her her know we would be waiting for a CD and the response was “ok” as she turned and walked away. We will not come back here. Rude and unprofessional— the SimonMed way. Haha"

"Ultrasound Technician, Senia, was extremely friendly and very competent. The room was clean and comfortable. Senia made sure I understood the process. She was reassuring and continually checked to make sure I was at ease. I had a scheduled appointment and was seen right on time. The front desk clerk was also very friendly. I highly recommend Simon Med Imaging for any scanning needs."
